 The Harbourside Practice before the party date; should you decide to cancel the party after the full facial has taken place, the remaining £15 will be charged upon cancellation. You may move the date of the party at no extra cost.


Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make your appointment 24 hours notice is required or full payment will be required.

Paying in Advance of Services

If paying in advance for services and due to unforeseen circumstances ‘I’ am unable to make your appointment, you will be offered to rearrange your appointment at no extra cost or receive a full refund for the services not received. If 'you' decide that you no longer wish to receive The Spirit Sanctuary's services and provided that you give more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund for services not received.


Privacy Statement

All personal information obtained is only used for the purposes in which it has been provided, stored safely and will not be passed on to 3rd parties.

The Spirit Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse services where the Therapist feels uncomfortable or in danger or where a contra indication is apparent to the treatment offered.
